I am writing to report a suspicious text message I received that appears to impersonate Coinbase. The message came from the phone number +1 808-895-1711 and stated: “Coinbase: Your withdrawal code is 682492. If this wasn't you, call us at +1 888-382-0410.” I did not initiate any withdrawal, and I suspect this may be a phishing attempt designed to compromise user accounts. For documentation and security purposes, I’ve attached a screenshot of the message. Please confirm whether this message originated from Coinbase or if it is part of a known scam campaign. I’d also appreciate any guidance on securing my account and reporting this to the appropriate authorities. Sent a text with a fake withdrawal code for Coinbase. Said to call 888-382-0410 if it wasn't you. Fortunately when I called, I knew right away it was a scam when they told me to go to Trustwallet.
