Voicemail left stated Hi this is Brianna Montello calling on the 13th from the Priority Account Review Department at the Tax Medication and Resolution Office and financializing reviews and your file still shows unresolved items that could result in added penalties or collections steps if left open while relief options are still available that availability is tightening quickly following a short review, many individuals are qualifying for revised payment arrangements or complete resolution with 2025 release et to expire this month. Timing is important please return call to 888-523-0491....if you no longer need assistance press 9 when calling back. I have never called these guys to initiate assistance or gotten anything regarding unresolved issues. Did not call them back.
