Phone Call Transcript: "We attempted to deliver a package today for xxx xxxx. However, our driver was unable to locate the address. Please call us by 1AM Eastern Standard Time so we can reattempt delivery on the next business day. Call us at 888-535-7661 and provide the reference number 1-9-4-3-0-9-6." When I looked on the FedEx site, this number was nowhere to be found. In addition, the reference number should have been able to be searched on their website but it did not work. Received a voicemail saying FedEx tried to deliver a package but the delivery driver couldn’t find my address. They provided a number, 888-535-7661, to call by 1 am EST to schedule next day delivery. I did not call as 1) I don’t remember ordering a package, 2) I have no email confirmations of having ordered a package or receiving tracking information, 3) they provided a “reference number” that was 7 digits, which is not typical for a FedEx tracking number.
