I was contacted by Allison Davidson from , this companys job was to advertise and rent my 6 wks of vacation property, they advertise a quick and effective rental at 1,800 per week. Initially it was for 180 days, need be if they don’t rent my timeshare property, at their cost they will extend their service another 180 days’. They never successfully rented any of my weeks. They were to refund my money , last time i was able to contact them , i was told I would be contacted by them on 5 Dec 25. To arrange my refund. Once a month i was contacted with the information of a resort , i had to call RCI and check for availability and an alternative resort if not available. We communicated by email and phone. My last communication with the customer service phone # was beginning , 8 Dec 25, i was placed on hold , after 35 min i was disconnected. Since then i have not been able to connect with the phone number for customer service since then. 1-888-639-1807 or a recording says I’m sorry the number you dialed can not be reached from your calling area.
