They called me to say they have a case # C-415-140. They are arbitration and I must pay in full to settle payment of $2129.63. Or do a payment plan that will total $5440.05 and if I do not sign a document I will be court ordered where they will garnish my wages up to 25%. They gave me an address of 6100 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles CA 90048 and can call the number 888-912-5671 or direct to associate at Langston names Eloise Gonzales at 213-973-1409. They explained they do not have a website, no physical mail is accepted at the office location. If I wanted legal representation I would have to send a letter of representation to [email protected] . For a neiman marcus card opened 12/2007.
