"Danny" called me to tell me my computer is infecting Microsoft's servers! Oh noes! 917-677-2077 he seems to like gilligans island, so I called a few times to play it for him. Very high tolerance - he stayed on the line a while. That was after telling me Microsoft was going to shut down my internet access... blah blah blah. I said I had a qualified tech (me, shhhhhh) and he proceeded to tell me a local tech is NOT Microsoft certified blah blah blah. Such a fun time trolling him for 20 min (20 min he wasn't scamming someone else) I will call him back and get him on tape. Can't wait to tell him the truth: I worked at Microsoft from 1992 thru 2004 and with Oracle ever since. Just as a lowly engineer though :)
