I ordered three face brushes after watching a YouTube ad on April 17, 2026, expecting a one-time charge of $64.95. I never agreed to any subscription, never received an order confirmation email, order number, tracking, or product. A $49.99 “7-day test use subscription” charge later appeared on my American Express account, which I did not authorize. I attempted to contact Kojiva at 918-921-1596 multiple times and left voicemails, but received no response. This appears to be a deceptive subscription charge and non-delivery of goods.
