I received an unsolicited package of expensive medical braces dropped off by UPS signature required but I did not sign. papers included require signature and return to enable medicare billing. my personal medical information including medicare number we're listed. this is an attempt to defraud medicare. I requested a return merchandise authorization via email from Keys Medical Supply Inc at 949 676 9356 but never received it. I do not know what to do with the merchandise and fear that I will be billed for the thousands it is listed as appraised in the letter included.
