I had scheduled an appointment on 1/28/2026 at 4:30pm and had paid the $109.99 on 1/18. When I arrive at the location listed on the email, they posted 900 F St San Diego CA 92101, I discovered there was no store front and the realtor business located at 900 Front Street told me that SD Cell Phone Repair had left months prior and no longer in business. I called the number listed 949-690-8784 and there was no answer. I left and tried calling again and spoke with someone and explained the situation. I was told I would receive a refund. I have not received any contact back or refund. I have sent an email to [email protected] and no response or refund.
