Community Reports

I went on askcenter.com website February 5, 2026 and paid a $5 fee via credit card to use the site once to get a lawyer, little did I know that when you pay the $5 ask center automatically signs you up for a monthly subscription fee of $38, I got an email from them informing me of this so I called them the same day which was 2/5/26 and cancelled the subscription and requested a refund of $38 because I didn't sign up for the subscription and I never agreed for them to use my credit card for that amount, the representative was rude and told me no refund, I asked to speak with a supervisor and was refused. I called them again on 2/9/26 and requested a refund again and was told again by a rude representative no refund and I asked to speak with a supervisor again and was refused. I even went on their website for support services and sent them an email explaining the situation and requested a refund, no one replied. I received 2 emails from Ask Center asking me how their service was and I let them know the situation again and that I was refused a refund and not allowed to speak to a supervisor and that their representatives was rude and how bad their customer service was.
