I was scammed while attempting to purchase shoes from what appears to be a fraudulent website. I placed an order for Hey Dudes through TikTok Shop, which redirected me to aurynna.com to complete the purchase. After several weeks of tracking the shipment, I received a delivery confirmation—but no package was delivered. I contacted customer service using the original order email and was told they would resend the order. Once again, I tracked the replacement shipment for several weeks. I then received another delivery confirmation, but no package arrived. I contacted customer service a third time and was told I would receive a partial refund within 10–15 business days. It has now been over 30 days, and no refund has been issued. When I followed up again, customer service stated that my refund was “approved,” but due to force majeure, it was delayed and not received. At this point, I informed them of my intent to report this business to the Better Business Bureau due to repeated non-delivery, misleading communications, and failure to issue a promised refund.
