[IN] Is this investment plan a scam ?! (https://bhdtrustmark.com/dashboard) My father’s friend introduced him to a guy offering “investment plans” through a Dubai-based company called “Trust Mark”( which i totally do not trust). He claims 60% yearly returns, where as indian banks give you 7.5% yearly returns. The plan is: Invest above 1 lakh for 32 month 20% platform fee upfront Remaining amount gives 5% monthly returns for 32 months On 20th, 24th, 28th and 32nd month they return 25% chunks of capital + monthly profit as shown above the picture with the amount of 6 lakhs The guy has a fancy office in an expensive place and says they invest in construction, gold, crypto, stocks, food etc. He says Dubai has no tax so returns are high. as my father told him that he was going to get a chunk of money from somewhere after a week so he insisted me to just register in the website do not invest just register for now,The website looked extremely sketchy and so unprofessional, gold coins dropping and animations happening in background. OTP email went straight to spam First OTP was literally “123456” 😭 ,after that there was another otp but it was a normal jumbled otp. But my father is convinced because his close friend invested ₹1.2 lakh and has been receiving ₹5k monthly for almost a year. To me this feels like a scam. Can anyone help me with who is running the website from where or any other information by which i can convince him that its likely a scam.
