On November 15, 2025 I completed an order for the viral boneless couch shown on tiktok. The purchase of 29.99 was completed through a website named throneinterior.com. I received my receipt via email and the very next day another charge for 29.99 hit account. When I questioned the charge, I was informed that it was a premium subscription charge. I declined the subscription and haven't received anything from the store. No update, no refund at all. It's like they have took my money and ran. In November I placed an order for the Boneless Couch off TikTok for $29.99 it took me to another website. It was throneinterior.com! However, after few weeks I didn’t receive any updates on my order so I reached out with customer service via email on November 24 @ 9:22am wanting information on my order. Tracking information! They responded back with thanks for your patience , it means a lot to us, bc of the amount of orders received in, it’s taken longer then expected, don’t worry your order is secure and in que to ship out etc. they signed it “Ashley Jenkins - head of customer relations” well, at first I thought ok maybe holidays and all it could be behind. Well, between November 24th 2025 and now Jan 23rd 2026 there has been 32emails back and forth. SMH. ??????? it went from that excuse to, machine failure. Then when I asked for a refund bc it was now after Christmas…. No tracking information or anything… they asked me to please be patient. I’ve been patient…. More than patient….. I still have yet to have a tracking update or anything for over a month. Smh ??????? how are you helping…. Either way. It was always some long excuse of something happening and for me to please wait, well, it’s Jan 23rd 2026 and I’m still waiting with no response back now….. no money back.
