I bought a part from this place. The product arrived damaged in and undamaged box. I initiated a return, sent pictures, and the return was approved. The product was mailed back with a delivery receipt at my cost. Since then my corporate team and I have spent the next 2 months trying to get a return from this company. Every time we were told 'we need to check with the warehouse" and nothing else. We filed a BBB complaint and buyparts.online has been making up false information.
