I am writing to report a fraudulent travel agency currently operating as Consolidatordesk.com (previously tkthelpdesk.com). In May 2025, I booked a trip for three people totaling $1,498.84. I was led to believe I was contacting Southwest Airlines directly via a Google search result; however, after the transaction I discovered this was a third-party agency. The travel was scheduled for December 24, 2025 – January 2, 2026. Upon cancellation, the agency agreed to retain the funds as a travel credit. I am now attempting to redeem this credit, but the agency has refused to issue tickets. Despite multiple follow-ups, they continue to delay the booking with vague excuses and broken promises to call back. When I informed them I would be reporting this matter unless they issue the tickets, and they explicitly stated they would not provide the tickets. I called my credit card company and put those charges in dispute.
