Online order placed www.finddbest.com, 12/9/2025 for item NCU0TV228 Holiday Radiance "QUILTED" table runner $29.99 USD. The hyperlink from the Microsoft Edge sidebar was where I originally clicked to access the advertisement. Note the word "Quilted". That implies there is stitching. Also the photo on the website showed the item (Quilted) has a 3-D look (quilting will do that if done properly). What I received, 4 weeks later, was a cheap screen printed, no way near 3-D piece of crap from CHINA. Between order and receipt I received 3 emails providing the order status, along with hyperlinks - that never worked! So, lesson learned, I should have check before I purchased as there were quite a few websites that reported this was someone to stay away from. Too bad, the online store had a lot of very nice items I would have been happy to procure.....now....I'll warn everyone I can to stay away! Finddbest.com is a scam! You order merchandise but what you get is inferior to what is advertised, or they send you something but it is not what you purchased. They advertise they sell Quilted Items (table runners, tote bags, pillow cases, blankets, placemats etc.). The photos on the website looks like the products are quilted, but the products you receive are not quilted. They are just a picture printed onto one piece, one side of the fabric. This is false advertising! I ordered 5 items (3 table runners, 1 tote bag and 1 pillow case). All 5 items were not quilted. Out of the 5 items ordered 3 were not even the product I ordered. Nutcracker table runner had the nutcrackers facing short side to short side, but the product ordered was suppose to have them going down the table runner long ways. The tote bag received was not the bag ordered. The pillow case received was of a butterfly and I ordered a quilted bee. The website states 30 day refund guaranteed but they do not honor that either. They have made me send them 4 to 5 emails so far asking for pictures of product received, tracking number, order number etc. I sent photos of all, sent 3 times and they kept saying they did not receive it. Finally on the last email I just received there response was as follows: We apologize for the inconvenience. We have marked the size-related questions on the product detail page. The cost of transportation abroad is very high. If there is no quality problem, the company does not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with the product, please provide the relevant video or photo to our email so that we can verify it. If you want to buy again, we can provide you with a 20% coupon.
