Verlinn.com advertised bespoke, high quality quilted tote bags, "crafted from quilted fabric featuring a stylish wave stitched pattern". After the order I received a confirmation of the purchase but no expected shipping date. I emailed the customer service email and was told to be patient and given no estimated ship date though I expressly asked for one. When the bags arrived weeks later they were of poor quality unlike what was advertised on the Verlinn website. The bags received were not quilted as advertised but printed pictures on canvas fabric imitating a quilted look. Some of the images were of very poor quality and grainy in appearance. The bags were also not of the fabric described (premium cotton-poly blend) but a canvas fabric. All of the stitching on the bags was very poorly done with seams pulling apart.
