I ordered after seeing an ad on Facebook (2) fresh water flowing drinking bowls for my dogs. The website, “get.pawcify.com” was selling these VetiFlow bowls and I purchased them with the xtra extended protection, and 24 months of fresh filters for a grand total of $232.92. When the items didn’t come in a month, sent an email asking where were my purchased goods. I didn’t get any response, and I never received an email confirming items were shipped. I repeatedly emailed the company about not receiving my ordered items, and never heard back from them. I called them about my missing items and they said my items had been delivered to me, which was a lie since I didn’t receive them. They never even asked if I could get a photo receipt of the delivery. This company is a scammer and people should be made aware of these fake businesses!
