Someone else with literally the exact same problem as us made a review on TrustPilot that I’m going to copy/paste here to save me time typing it all out, as it exactly describes the issue we had. They are trying to gaslight him and it feels like they are using weaponized incompetence and purposefully misunderstanding/convoluting the situation in order to get away with what they did: Total Scam Operation – Wrong Size, No Tags, Extortionate Return Policy Run by Shady Wyoming LLC I am absolutely furious and feel completely scammed by York Miller (yorkmiller.com), a so-called "premium" clothing brand that's nothing more than a drop-shipping hustle operated by PECOM LLC, a Wyoming-based company (filing number 2023-001374269) that hides behind the state's anonymous LLC laws to avoid accountability. No wonder there's no transparent info on owners or associates – it's probably to dodge the backlash from ripping people off. I ordered a piece of clothing expecting high-quality, US-based fashion as advertised, but what arrived was the completely wrong size, with the size tag deliberately removed to make it harder to prove their mistake. It was shipped from the US, but when I contacted support for a return, they demanded I ship their garbage back to Germany at my own expense, claiming shipping costs are too high for them. Instead of a full refund for THEIR error, they insultingly offered just 20% back to keep the worthless item. This isn't customer service; it's extortion!
