I was in contact with Veronika's business page attempting to adopt a puppy. I was hesitant due to the scams, but everything was going smoothly and she was assuring me that everything would work out, "it's not a scam". I paid the refundable deposit and received a receipt, final payment was to be made upon puppy delivery. The puppy would be shipped by Global Express Shippers (globalexpressshippers.com) and I sent them the $150 for shipment, received a tracking log and thought that it was all set, until I was asked for $500 more to rent an air conditioned crate. This is where the problem occurred...I sent the funds, but magically they were not received and then there was an issue with missing payment even though it was removed from my bank account which I was able to provide, the Global Express contact became rude telling me I am fake and they refused to refund me any money! I was then contacted by Veronika telling me I am a horrible person because I am fake horrible person and even though I have a refundable deposit since I "faked" with the shipper she will not refund me for the puppy either. These are two separate entities so there should be no issues refunding my confirmed paid funds, yet the gentle man called me, spoke negatively and would not allow me to respond, then told me how horrible of a person I am and will not refund any funds until he receives the extra $500 and hung up, I tried to call back without any luck. I tried to call Veronika on her business line, and the number is invalid! I asked her to call me and I was instructed to use the WhatsApp which I refused to do, gave her my phone number again and asked her to call me on a landline; she has refused to speak to me or refund my money! Supposed to be a shipping company, Global Express Shippers (globalexpressshippers.com), but I had a hard time getting the information of the people I was speaking with and they would only reply via text message. I tried to call the number and the calls were declined. They received $150 for shipping and then wanted another $500 to rent a crate, I was skeptical but did it anyways and asked for a receipt I was told I did not send the money and I was a fake and they will not refund anything until they get the $500, even though I did show proof that the funds were move from my account they still insisted that I was lying and attempting to scam them! I continued to ask for the $150 that was agreed received and have contacted the bank regarding the other "missing funds" and was denied a refund because I was not serious and I'm a fake, once they receive my $500 they'll send back the $150.
