I lost $16000 in an online investment scam in December 2025. I joined a WhatsApp group of Citadel Securities. It was run by Analyst Nathan Caldwell. The Stock Advisor's name is Emily Wu. They suggested a couple of stocks for the group members. Stock tickers suggested by them are SOUN and DTCK. They promised stock compensation losses for the group members. The stocks looked promising and rose rapidly on the day they were suggested. The next day, the stocks crashed. Caldwell suggested we buy a few more stocks to average, and they said the stocks will rise next week. I purchased 200 SOUN stocks and 9773 DTCK stocks. The stocks crashed further the following week. I bought stocks such as Apple, Google, Nvidia, TSM, Tesla at a discount price and sold the stocks and made profit. They also offered IPO of WAYSTAR stock at a discounted price, for which I paid subscription fee of 2000 dollars. I did a wire transfer to Coinbase and paid through cryptocurrency in Tether USDT. I made a profit of $40,614.30. The total balance in my account was $54,928.59. They said I could pay the service fee and withdraw the amount from my account. I paid $12000 service fee. After that, there was no response from them for a few days. They said their company is being investigated by the Chicago police department and they will approve my withdrawal after that. I waited for a few days and sent them a message that if they don't [BBB Scam Type: Investment] [Business: CITADEL SECURITIES] [Location: MO, USA-
