On March 22nd 2026 I ordered product from Harper and Wells Boston based off an ad I saw on Facebook. I paid $127.38 for 2 pairs of shorts and 1 shirt. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, simply return it for a full refund. I received the order on April 1st and I contacted them on April 12th to let them know I was not satisfied with the quality and wanted a full refund per their policy. I have traded several emails with them. They offered to send other sizes with no need to return original items. I said I did not like the quality. They offered me: Option 1: A 30% refund issued directly to your original payment method. Option 2: A 100% store credit for the full value of the item, with full flexibility to use on any future order. I told them that I do not want store credit as I didn't like their quality and wanted a 100% refund. They sent me this response: At this point, we’re able to offer you a 40% cashback, refunded immediately to your original payment method, with no return required. You may keep the product, and everything will be resolved right away. This option provides the highest possible adjustment without any further steps, costs, or waiting time on your side. If you decide not to accept this option, the only remaining alternative would be to return the item.
