I don't know if I have been scammed... So 7th of April I bought a print for my boyfriend from makecanvasprints.com I only got an email after I had paid with this info: " Your order has been successfully processed. Thank You for ordering from us! == Your Design is Saved == We are sure you made an awesome design and we cannot wait for you to see it! You can always visit your profile to see view and share all of your saved designs. Look for the link in your design confirmation email, or log in. == Printing & Shipping Time == Please allow 5-10 days processing time for your custom product to be processed and printed, and then 2-6 days shipping time for domestic orders and 1-4 weeks for International orders. All orders are shipped using USPS First Class Shipping unless otherwise specified. You may receive another email with a shipping confirmation but you can always email us directly to request an order status. Thanks for shopping with us!" Below it there was information about the order and shipping adresses etc. But It's been 1 month now, and I haven't heard anything from them, so I decided to contact them on mail two days ago, with no replies. I start to feel that I have might fallen for some scam, and it makes me so upset because it was a gift I had planned for so long. I live in europe and I can't really call to the US number they have, so does anyone have an idea what I can do? **Update: I have contact paypal for a Charge Back, and are waiting. My partner also tried to call the company but it seemed like they were "closed" at their opening hours.** **Update nr.2: Paypal contacted the company, and the package will be here by friday. Thank god!**
