On December 12th, 2024 at 11:33 AM CST I purchased a white satin skirt (described on the website as "August Flare Mini Skirt" in the size medium) for $57.99 and was charged $4.78 in taxes equating to a total of $62.77. I purchased this skirt online at the website address: https://www.milkandhoneyla.com/products/august-flare-mini-skirt?srsltid=AfmBOoqdegQqH2nyOFO9SKA-R_l50HXXpd-OU2GRZJvGF_PEYk6-ALl8&variant=43102865228003 I received an order confirmation via email right after I submited the online order. After weeks of not receiving a shipping update via email, I reached out to [email protected] . I received no response. A couple of weeks passed and I reached out again to [email protected] and [email protected] . Aroudn this time I also found their official store Instagram account (shopmilkandhoneyla) and direct messaged them about my order issue. I made sure to include my full name and order number (order number is 4548) in every message I sent them. I also used the contact form on their website (https://www.milkandhoneyla.com/pages/contact) and reached out to them three separate times about this issue. I again contacted them via email and their contact form on January 23rd, 2025. At this point, I did some research into the company. I was able to find their shop on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/milkandhoneyla/) and it was on Facebook where I found credible reviews stating that this store is a scam.
