I saw an advertisement on Facebook for a company called TinyThinkers at mytinythinkers.com. They advertised children's STEM books to learn to write numbers, letters, etc in grooved books with "magic" pens that the ink would disappear after writing, in order to re-write in the book again. I bought the set of books, pens, cartridges and grippers for a birthday gift. First the books, pens and cartridges arrived looking nothing like what was advertised, the books were tiny (a little bigger than an index card), the supposed "disappearing" ink cartridges sent did not fit in the very cheap pens provided, so basically the set was worthless. I made several attempts over the past three months to contact the company to get some kind of a replacement, then at one point, I was told to send a picture of the items that were unsatisfactory, instead I sent a video showing them. No response. Their website lists no contact information at all except for a place to email them, which I did, again, with no response. This was a total waste of money, worse yet, a very BIG disappointment to the child I gave it to for a birthday gift. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have recently seen reviews from customers on Facebook that also experienced something similar. Some mentioned that they made a one-time purchase with a credit card and the card keeps getting charged monthly. Don't get scammed - AVOID TINY THINKERS!
