Ordered the product on 12/19/2025, have not received any shipment information. They took the money the same day out of my account. I emailed company 7 times since the order to follow up and each time a get the same generic reply. The last time I clicked the visit site that is in my email it now goes to sunara.co a totally different company. I had seen this advertised on Instagram and Facebook, I didn't order it through those means I looked first in google and nothing bad came up until now. It looks like they are a scam as others are now stating they also have issues. Emailed them today 1/19/2026 asking for a full refund, I doubt I will get a reply.
