I saw the ad for Icelandic sweaters on Facebook. I went to Norrloom.com where it said the sweaters were made in Iceland with Icelandic wool. Nowhere on the website was there any indication that these sweaters were made in China or of acrylic yarn. The only address listed on the website for contact was in Reykjavik, although the website currently does not list any physical address. I ordered and received two "knock off" sweaters that were made in China of thin acrylic yarn and sweatshirt material. Since these sweaters were nothing like the ones that I ordered I attempted to return them. The only way to contact them was thru their email address. They were extremely slow to respond. After many back and forth emails they gave me a return address in China and told me I would only receive a refund once they received the products back. The other option was that they would refund me 30% of the purchase price for my dis-satisfaction with their product.The cost of the sweaters was $110.45. After researching the cost of returning the items (>$100) the best I could do is take the 30% refund. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company but was told that because the company delivered the sweaters to me that they would not reverse the charges on my card. This company is selling counterfeit merchandise using deceptive (false) advertising and scant transparency. They need to be put out of business.
