The company WARMTHOF.com offers competitively priced shoes, ONLINE, on either Facebook or X (formerly Twitter), and I clicked on the AD, which took me to their Webpage, where I placed my order. Prior to purchase, I examined the Reviews submitted by customers and the ratings were in the range of 4 out of 5. I placed an order (via Discover Credit Card) for 2 pairs of shoes which came with FREE shipping. After placing the order, I received an email that CONFIRMED the order and the price that I had paid. However, there was no shipping date. I, then, replied to ask for a potential shipping date, and I DID NOT receive a reply. The Website was WARMTHOF.COM and the confirmation email stated that if I had any problems, I should contact them at: [email protected] I DID contact them via email, 5 times, between the dates of 7 January 2026 and 17 January 2026, ALL without any reply from Warmthof.com On 17 January, I contacted Discover Card and filed a "dispute" complaint.
