When I hadn't received an order confirmation within 24 hours of my purchase, I attempted to call the phone number listed on the website, but it is a disconnected number. Then, I sent an email to the address listed asking to cancel the order, but the seller did not respond to my cancellation and shipped the item anyway. A few days later, I received an order confirmation with a tracking number. The tracking number looked strange, so I went back to the website, and when I submitted it to their order tracker, I was given an error. On my bank statement, the company is listed as "Gyepart" and charged $5.04 extra than my order confirmation said I would pay. I immediately alerted my bank of the fraudulent activity. 2 weeks later I received a dress that was not what I had ordered. I immediately emailed the seller, asking for my money back and a means of return. The seller said I could only receive a full refund if I paid even more to ship the item back to an address in Hong Kong, China, which I won't be doing.
