After I viewed and closed a post on Facebook from a relative, I noticed an ad for handmade caps offered on a retirement sale by Henry's-caps.com. Nice pictures of newsboy caps and friendly old Henry, retiring after 57 years of making hand made caps priced at $150 +/-, but marked down to around $30 to move caps. I ordered several and hit the buy button, then a light came on, but too late! I had been duped to my embarrassment! A quick search revealed they had no physical address or phone number but they scooped my money right up from paypal. The caps did arrive, but they are cheap knockoffs of Botvela caps as sold on Amazon, from whom they stole the nice pictures. They are way smaller than the 7-1/2 to 7-3/4 sizes I ordered, but have elastic on the back to fit tightly, causing raised eyebrows and possible headaches. The fabric is cut so sparingly that they look more like baseball caps with short beaks than classic newsboy caps with their unique style. I'm in the middle of my second dispute of their charges, wish me luck! The internet is swarming with negative reviews and exposes of their fraudulent methods, just search for "henry's caps scam" so check it out and don't be suckered like I was, sad to say!
