this was billed as a product sale of insoles for shoes on instagram. they have a website and i placed a product order. i immediately received 2 emails. One was as expected for the order. the other said i had purchased a subscription, which i had not. that email went to junk-many may not even have seen it. i wrote them, saying i did not want or buy a subscription so please cancel the order before shipping, they had email only customer service and replied 8 or 10 times after i kept writing that these were there cancellation policies: https://solara-co.com/products/cancel-subscription these policies call for paying to cancel. i was sure this was a scam at that point. my credit card company can cancel the order, but it is tracked as an ongoing charge, they can’t block them or change that, and my only other option is to cancel my card. i hate to see this happen to others and i know it will. I received a notice that the product shipped, with tracking and in checking the tracking, it is not finding anything to track. no part of this is honorable or decent.
