I ordered and paid $100 + shipping for merchandise in early December 2025 and have received no communication nor have I received the merchandise. I have attempted to contact the company by email and social media - with no response. In reading social media comments, it seems this is happening to many other people who pay for merchandise and never receive with no way to actually successfully contact the company.
