I used google to search for COACH Outlet to order an iPhone case. The website appeared to be legit with US address in Jacksonville, FL. I placed my order on December 31, 2025. I received an email on January 9, 2026 asking for feedback "We hope you are enjoying your Coach iPhone Case with Wallet and Crossbody Stop Black XK240402 from treluxia.com". I replied, I have not received the item yet. That is where I knew I had a problem. Several emails were sent back and forth with very vague information and not commitment for a refund or when I should expect the iPhone case. This fraudster sent a copy of tracking, the original tracking number I received could not be found. Another RED FLAG. The fraudulent tracking says my item originated in St. Louis MO, sent to Brooklyn, NY" item seized by USPS for Counterfeit Postage and then is in US, In Transit as of January 24, 2026.
