With a single-time purchase of Saphire product, I was fraudulently signed up for a monthly subscription that I did not consent to. I noted the charge for $89 and order # confirmation email come from the company on 02/20/2026! That day, immediately, I logged onto trysaphire.com website and cancelled the sneaky subscription that I did NOT WANT. I also emailed customer service who confirmed 2/20/26 subscription was cancelled. I thought this would resolve the issue, but got no refund! OVER A MONTH LATER, I got the shipment from this scam subscription, 3 packs of gummies, on March 23, 2026. Customer service then told me in March that the shipment must've been already sent before I cancelled the subscription in February, and took multiple weeks to arrive to me (sent a tracking html to a site with all Chinese characters, from company called "jcex") 'Customer service' [email protected] has been giving me the runaround for weeks now, duplicate emails asking me for the same thing after I already sent it (photo of unopened gummies, and package) saying they will send a return label and then refund once the return is received. Heres where it ends: There is NO RETURN LABEL EMAIL. They continually act like this return label is getting lost, going to my spam, promotions, telling me to search for certain tags/words in my email, send a different email address, they'll send it in an email body without pdf....YOU NAME IT! No results, nothing received. Now, I am worried even if I send these gummies SOMEWHERE, I will NOT be refunded. The bank description lists WY and zip code 83001, but the return address on the package is Mike Wang 414 Florence Ave Inglewood, CA 90301 This is a total fraud scheme preying on vulnerable parents and families.
