This website, https://uspassportandvisa.org, seems to help with a passport application, but all it does is take your personal information, charge you $183 and send you a pdf of the application. This application is in fact free to print and complete on the .gov site but with this website, you still have to pay the government the money it costs to renew your passport. For $183 all I got was the forms to print out and mail in with the REAL fee of $130. All I needed was a passport renewal which you can do electronically on the .gov website! It is very misleading and if you don't read the fine print, they will take total advantage and rob you. I don't know how they're not shut down already.
