MoneyLion account hacked I created a MoneyLion account (loan and investment account) a year or so ago. All my information is on that app - bank account, SSN, DOB, address, phone #, etc. My SSN is \*\*\*\* except for the last 4 digits, but still. My bank account was linked to the app. I just got an e-mail from the company stating someone logged onto my account from a different device. I logged on and it said it was from an IP address in Guadalupe. I changed my password, deleted my bank account from the app, and changed my bank account password. My bank account still shows in the app, however, under "unlinked" accounts and it doesn't let me delete it without contacting the company. ​ ​ I've tried contacting the company and never was able to reach someone after being on hold for hours. I send them an e-mail, but no response (yet). After looking at their BBB profile, it's evident their customer service is notorious for being terrible - unresponsive and unhelpful when ACTUAL fraud has occured. I'm so nervous now that they were able to somehow capture all my information and that my bank account is going to be fully withdrawn. The app doesn't have an "activity" page, so I don't even know how to check if something has been attempted - and I won't know likely until next week since it's Monday. ​ ​ What should I do? What are the chances they were able to actually steal something from me? I'm incredibly nervous about all this, and just want to know what steps I need to take.
