Phone call from 212-481-0612 and the caller ID said Chase. They identified as Chase / zelle fraud department. They then proceeded to forward my case to other departments and I spoke to a total of 3 people. They assigned me a Case Report #. They told me to add an email to Zelle to 'cancel' the transaction. The email was [email protected] . The names of the people I spoke that I was able to record were Williams and then John Mathews. I did not send that email contact any money.
