Wasaga Beach, Ontario Rental Property Scam My friends and I were almost suckered by this guy but I hope that if anyone comes across anything similar they consider the following. The location in the ad says its in Barrie but the actual address, 17 Spruce St. Tiny, ON, says its in [Tiny Ontario](https://maps.google.ca/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=17+Spruce+St.+Tiny,+ON+&aq=&sll=49.891235,-97.15369&sspn=51.850996,49.482422&vpsrc=0&t=h&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=17+Spruce+St,+Tiny,+Ontario+L0L+1P1&ll=44.591781,-79.991627&spn=0.01389,0.012081&z=16) 2. The name in the posting is "owner" Kevin Y. The name in the contract is name in the contract is **MAZLUM ADIMAN** 3. A June 2012 [petition](https://docushare.tiny.ca/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-273347/%20Rental%20Property%20on%20Spruce%20Street..PDF) signed by local residents against the property becoming an income property. 4. He wants the deposit by email transfer 6. He wants the remaining balance paid in 2 separate instalments. 7.
