They call in leave a voicemail from a lady Melanie Collins I’ve copy and paste exactly what the conversation says from the recording phone call: Hello, this is Melanie Collins with the underwriting department reaching out to go over your personal loan inquiry, which is almost approved for $64,000. I'm reaching out because like we recently reevaluated your previous loan request. Also, our underwriting guidelines have expanded, which means applicants who weren't eligible before may now qualify, even with lower credit. If you're still considering a personal or a consolidation loan, You can call us back at 866-2887643 to speak directly with the underwriting. I will be available until 5 p.m. today. Received a call from yet another spoofed phone number, have blocked at least 200 other numbers over the last 6 months. The message is always the same "This is Melanie Collins calling from the underwriting department. You've been approved for a loan, etc." The callback number is ALWAYS the same though: 866-288-7643. I delete and report spam on every, single call. At least once a week, i will answer the phone to press 9 to ask to be placed on the do not call list and it never works. I continue getting calls. I am repeatedly getting robocalls (multiple times daily) about approval for a loan request that I did not apply for. I have repeatedly requested my number be removed from their calling list to no avail. Automated caller leaves message with toll free number regarding my loan application - which I have never done.
