I call 866-399-4751, give my date of birth and banking information to get an unclaimed reward for up to 100.00 to use at Walmart or Target or any where else. There is a claim number on the card that came in the mail JBR96978 and they referance the claim number in the conversation. They obtain your DOB, email address and banking information, so if they want they can get your social security number.
