I received a letter in the mail that stated Clients of DAA. It said that I needed to contact 877-777-0208 within 10 days regarding the adjustments to the credit accounts of Bank of America. Citiback, JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, American Express, Capitol One, Discover, HSBC, Target, and GE Money. They stated failure to respond would result in interest accruing on unsecured credit balances. They included a separate phone number for Spanish 877-777-0352. They had business hours Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. They stated the I owed 17,500.00 The settlement amount in the letter had 7875.00 Proposed program payment 218.75 Program Terms 12-36 months. The notice number on the letter had D12125-117380 There was no website, or address on the letter. The information they had on the letter was my name and physical address. I didn't call them. I instead chose to make this report so others don't fall into this scam.
