I've gotten several letters for my deceased mother that's been deceased for 6 years and two months about a Home warranty division. There is no address on the envelope for me too return to sender they just keep saying that money is owed I own the property now My parents never in 57 years had a home warranty on this old piece of property I don't I have homeowners insurance if anything happens but the phone number on the letter is 888-413-5452 and it's asking for My mother to call them so she can make payment to him with my mother can't she's deceased and it has a name for the program director it's Vicky Mercer and I'm pretty sure it's not even legit I'm not going to call the phone number it's on here but I've already looked it up and found out this is a scam and it needs to stop . Home Warranty Division I don't believe there's any such thing but this needs to stop cuz my mother is deceased I own this property my parents bought almost 60 years ago and a legit letter would have an address on it this does not have one to return it back to sender I can make your copy and send it to you .
