Home Warranty Division, 1-888-404-4504, Agent-Vicky Mercer or Eric Henderson-1-805-221-8124. They mail letters stating that their contact is a final notice and my home warranty is about to expire. They have a customer number HDU1ABJG2920 or FHOMAGNO5193. So called customer service will not let you speak with the names mentioned. I have repeatedly ask them to stop mailing me. They would pretend to remove my name. They would say you will not have Insurance for your home, when I would tell them that I am not a customer and I’ve never have been a customer, they would hang up on me or speak in a sarcastic manner about me not having Insurance and would say yeas you are a customer of ours. I have been going through this over a year and would like for them to stop harassing me. How can I stop them from harassing me? They are very rude. A bogus business letter attempts to scare me into calling a phone number, 888-404-4504, to renew a home warranty it claims that I have with my mortgage provider. The letter is signed by Vicky Mercer, Program Director, Home Warranty Division. The letter is headed "RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED." It states that "This notice is to inform you that the property's home address, at [my actual home address] secured by [actual mortgage provider], may be expiring or has already expired. Our records indicate that you have not contacted us yet to get your Home Warranty up to date." It further states that "We reserve the right to revoke your eligibility for service coverage after the Expiration date of 4/28/2026." The instructions are to call the provided telephone number. This letter has been sent for the last ten years-why is this even possible at this point?! Someone should be able to stop this scam! People lose their money and identity! Letter looks realistic, asking to call to not have your home warranty expire. I will attach the photo of the letter here, scam from: Vicky Mercer from "4Ever Home Warranty (Home Warranty Division 1.888.404.4504) [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: 4Ever Home Warranty] [Location: VT, USA - 05855]

I received an urgent letter from 4Ever Home Warranty (Vicky Mercer) to renew my home warranty that would expire on 4/24:2026. It listed my home address and my mortgage company, but I don’t have a home warranty! The letter contained a Customer ID# for me and instructed me to call the number (888-404-4504) immediately to avoid a lapse in coverage and out-of-pocket repair costs. No company address. Came in a plain white envelope, no return address. They are using “US postage paid mailed from 63155 Permit 5497” [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: 4Ever Home Warranty] [Location: ME, USA - 04090]
