Checking my bank statement I saw a charge for $19.99 from Kelvoshop.com 951-633-8246 I didn't recognize and purchase from this company. I called the number which was just answered as " customer service" After giving the person the info needed to check what had been purchased she couldn't find anything but said she would be in contact with the merchant and I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 business days. I asked what was the product that was supposedly purchased she said it was a subscription- ??? I called my bank and they said to report this to the Better Business Bureau and then file a dispute with the bank if I didn't get the refund. Was online shopping for orthopedic shoes and this website came up with pic of shoes I was interested in. I clicked and took me to what looked like legit site called MGT. I googled BBB for MGT and I got nothing so I proceeded to order and checkout. Product was $24.99 with free shipping and next day delivery. Checkout price was $34.98. No big deal, so I thought. They tried charging my Visa 7 different times from different merchants: 8445502339Cardprotect located 844-5502339, NY; Paymentlift.com (twice) located 833-9103662, MO; Kelvoshop.com located 951-6338246, CA; Jomhome.Co located 385-3385777, UT; Orenfashion.com located 929-5957648, NY; and Restoreroute.com located 844-6302199, UT. Luckily, I had my Visa card locked but had forgotten I locked it (I don't use it often) when I started getting alerts of these declined transactions. I immediately called my card company and cancelled that card and had a new one reissued. Got on line and started digging and saw this thread relating to these scammers so I thought I'd pass my experience along, maybe save someone else the time and aggravation.
