I saw an advertisement for clothing, The advertisement shows very pretty blouses and that it is in Bend, Oregon. It was a sale to keep their business open. The sale was 49.00 for blouses and some were for more. I bought two and the package came in the mail about 10 days after I ordered. The blouses were not as advertised. They were obviously hastily made with uneven lines, threads loose and bunched up. Not as described such as button down collars, they are not. The blouses are ill fitting, and very rudementary. When I reached out to the company they responded promptly. They offered a 10 percent refund and I could keep the blouses. I responded back that I would ship at my cost back to their Bend store and wanted a refund. I received the same response. After checking with my credit card company and disputing the purchase I got more information.
