EarthlineNaturals.com charged my credit card through Shopify on 2-11-26. I didnt see the charge however another charge from them appeared on 3-11-26 which caused me to research it. I had never heard of the company. I found their website which only has TWO products on it, suspicious. There is no phone # on their website to call. I submitted a request for response on 3-13-26 via their customer service box, at this point I was not able to contact via email becuase no email was provided. I never received a response so I submitted another one and threated to contact the BBB. On March 31st I get an email what seems to be an AI generated customers service email. The email completely ignored the fact that I said I never ordered anything from them nor did I ever receive anything. After a couple of emails back and forth, the customer service rep "Carla" emails me that both packages that I supposedly ordered on Feb 11th and March 11th have shipped and once I received them I could submit for a return for refund but she was not able to submit anyting until I "received" the package I never order in the first place. Multiple emails go back and forth with me stating that I never ordered anything however at this point I decide to play along and just submit for the refund once I get the package. I get the package on 4-6-2026, submit a return via email like Carla instructed on 4-7-26 and she responds that I do not qualify for a return. I remind you I never ordered anything however their website states everything can be returned within 60 days. I have reported the fraud to mymy credit card company however I wanted to make sure to report it here. I can only imagine the millions of dollars they are making on elderly folks or people who never check their credit card statements that use Shopify.
