This website advertised a cat puzzle that will file the cat's nails as they scratch and play. It's supposed to be covered inside with sandpaper and well made. Took forever to arrive, when it did, it was not the advertised puzzle. It was a knockoff that was flimsy, and covered with black felt! Apparently gettoreach.com stole the original photos, video, and description from the original creators of the puzzle at Fig and Friends! Gettoreach.com also stole an additional $17.99 from my PayPal account ontop of the $59.98 I had paid for the two puzzles! I didn't know this until I read about other's experiences and decided to check my PayPal account. I emailed them regarding the extra charge and the fake product- they told me shipping would be too expensive for me to send it back so they offered me $6 to keep it! They refunded the $17.99 they stole from my account but said their warehouse shipped the correct product. Again, I requested a full refund for the fake products and they only offered me $8!
