I submitted an order several months back at memofigurines.com and was charged over 200 for items that I never received. The company provided me with fake order numbers and fake tracking information. I've been trying for months to get my refund but everything has disappeared. Email information no longer exists and there is no contact number to call them directly. They will prolong as long as they can giving excuses after excuses with no real resolution. Once everything disappears the communication stops and you never hear back from them. Buyer beware, the reviews on theis site are all fake. I tried to submit one and was removed asap because they only want their fakes one to show. This is a serious scam and all these platforms that allow them to be advertising should be ashamed for allowing this to continue. This company needs to be boycotted ASAP. Do not buy from them and if you do request a chargeback asap and cancel your card because they will try and run additional charges on it.
