MyMemoryPearl.com is a scam. Take note: the site stated there was a 90-day money-back guarantee. This is a lie. Their e-commerce is faulty. They charged me three times for one purchase. This was likely by design. Each time was for a different amount (in the hundreds of dollars), so my credit card company didn't flag this as fraud. I brought this to My Memory Pearl's attention immediately. They said there was nothing they could do about it until the items arrived; then I could pay to ship them back, and they would refund me. Over the next 45 days, I sent multiple emails and made two calls. They did not respond until the purchase was more than 30 days old. They wrote to me, stating it was outside their 30-day return period and that the only option was a discount on a future purchase. I have disputed the additional charges with my credit card company and asked them to put the vendor in the fraud database.
