I had purchased a Christmas gift from a website late last night and when I looked at my bank account this afternoon, I was charged by strange company named “puswhalestore”, and it was more money than I was told I was paying. I also received an email from a different email address and everything about it just seemed very unprofessional. There was no contact information. There was nothing to identify them so honestly, you have no idea who this email is from because there is no signature at the bottom. There’s no email there’s no address or phone number. There is nothing that identifies who it is. That’s reaching out. It was an email warning me to not give out my information or have contact with anyone who might try to scam me and to only respond to their verified email address, but they don’t provide one and when you go onto their website, the content is suspicious. There is barely any product on there and there was yesterday when I was looking at items. I had purchased what I thought was a whiskey advent calendar and they did not check my ID to verify my age. The contact information that they list on their website is also suspicious because they list their address as Wyoming but then the phone number they have claimed is from Arkansas and then their billing comes out of New York? I tried to call the phone number and it just rings. The website/company name is TimeTraceStore.com. On their website it says that you can only cancel within the first 24 hours after you ordered your item but they don’t give you an order number or anything like that so that you can cancel. They also claim to be accredited by the BBB but now I can’t find that on their website. This company was an advertisement that I saw on Facebook.
